Physical Security at Remote Hearing Sites in Region II (Limited Distribution) (A-02-06-16064)

Our objective was to review controls over physical security in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review remote sites located in Region II.

We found physical security issues at two permanent remote sites in Poughkeepsie and Staten Island, New York and two temporary remote sites in Glens Falls, New York and Toms River, New Jersey. These issues warrant management's attention.
