Physical Security at Remote Hearing Sites in Region V (Limited Distribution) (A-05-06-16063)

Our objective was to review controls over physical security in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review remote sites located in Region V.

We found physical security issues at the Mount Vernon, Illinois permanent remote site and the temporary remote sites in Port Huron, Michigan and Kalamazoo, Michigan. These issues warrant management's attention.
