Physical Security at Remote Hearing Sites in Region X (Limited Distribution) (A-09-06-16078)

Our objective was to review controls over physical security in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review remote sites located in Region X.

We found physical security issues at the two permanent remote sites in Olympia, Washington and Salem, Oregon and at the two temporary remote sites in Port Angeles, Washington and The Dalles, Oregon. These issues warrant management's attention.
