Physical Security at Remote Hearing Sites in Region VIII (Limited Distribution) (A-12-06-16045)

Our objective was to review controls over physical security in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review's remote hearing sites located in Region VIII.

We found physical security issues at two permanent remote sites in Pueblo and Greeley, Colorado and two temporary remote sites in Casper, Wyoming and
Great Falls, Montana. These issues warrant management's attention.
