Westat Contract Close Out on Contract Number 0600-99-36200 (Limited Distribution) (A-15-05-20019)

Our objectives were to determine the allowability of the direct costs and apply the final negotiated indirect rates to the allowable direct costs to compute the allowable costs from December 21, 1998 through April 25, 2003 for Contract Number 0600-99-36200.

We recommended the Agency instruct Westat to take action on five different issues.
